Every good clique needs rules; it's just how it works! But don't worry, these rules aren't too difficult to follow.

1. Have the code up and linked to http://flavoredwater.net/cutepanties before you join.
2. Put the code in a logical place so I can find it; splash, links or cliques pages work well.
3. Please use one of the codes provided or if you make your own, send it to me so others can use it, too! What's the fun if you have a code nobody recognizes?
4. Have a nice site. I don't excpect much, but a bunch of icky borders on linked images, sTiCkY cApS, bad eglish (unless english is not your first language, in which case, don't worry; I can tell ^~), etc. is not alright. Keep a good, clean site.
5. Speaking of clean sites, absolutely NO hate, porn, or illegal activity sites! Keep content at a PG-13 level or below, please.
6. If there are many annoying pop-ups/unders or awful ads, I will not add you. I understand geocities, angelfire and other free sites do things like that, but don't add to the mess. Who I add is at my discretion; I will email to let you know if I have not added you, please don't flame me, I have my reasons and will not reply.
